In September 2006 the 6H2S Amine Regeneration Project started by the prime contractor Harder Mechanical Contractors.  This is an $8,000,000.00 project starting from the ground up.  This is the first time in many years the United Association has had the opportunity to have a union contractor onsite.  U.A. Local 250 rose to the occasion with the help of our traveling U.A. members to complete this project.  Chevron now sees the benefits of hiring our signatory contractors to do the work, bring the job in on time, quality craftsmanship, and doing it right the first time.

Nooter Construction Co. now has been awarded the Main Fractionation Tower a part of the Delayed Coker Complex Expansion.  We are proud to have a positive relationship with Chevron Refinery, and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.
