The Plaza Irvine Luxury High Rise Near Completion

Rampart St. Ste M Orange, CA 92868 (714) 939-3132 Southland Electric is currently employing approximately 40 Local 441 electricians on The Plaza Irvine, a luxury high-rise community in the City of Irvine. This Opus West Construction project features two 15-story towers, each with its own elegant lobby, reception area and conference room. The luxurious condos range in size from 1,100 to 4,300 square feet, with prices from $800,000 to 2 million dollars. At the top of each tower are eight two-story penthouses, with dramatic 19-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies. Nearly one acre has been devoted to amenities that include a main pool, lap pool, spas, fitness center with locker rooms, sun deck and cabanas with landscaped barbeques and fireplaces. We are proud to congratulate Southland on this distinguished project and commend our Brothers and Sisters for their outstanding contribution. The General Foreman on this job is Brian Thompson. Foremen include Suzanne Acone, Mike Dennis and Shaun Rooney. Southland Electric, a leader in the high-rise residential industry, has just completed two towers and is currently working on five other similar high-rise residential projects.
